And since it's a casual Chinese restaurant, the dining room is pretty busy and noisy, but as soon as I tasted her champon - especially the broth - I just went speechless and forgot the whole environment and distract.
Amazing view from the restaurant. the food wasn't bad! soboro sara udon had many different toppings. the champon noodles were in a tasty rich fish soup broth. wasn't too busy for a weekday lunch!
I have heard that they are the inventor of Champion-Ramen and sara udon. the building looks very grand and much so they put in the presentation. it looks like you're making tourist business. eating was okay, maybe I expect more salty and more complex taste. the total food is acceptable only that the price is easy, just a little expensive. but it is still acceptable.
I came here at 1 o'clock or something on a weekday and it was still absurdly crowded. I've only been waiting for a table for about half an hour. the menu is small, but quite everyone goes here for his most famous teller champon anyway. it's pretty good, and the arc view is incredible when they have luck getting a window seat. Do not forget to visit the small but beautiful Champon museum in the second floor!
Food was a bit bland. Maybe I should have gotten something else. I always say that don't I? Maybe I should have gotten the marquee dish: I usually like the sara udon with crunchy noodles. What I'm talking about is the 4 or 5 times I've had it at Ringer Hut. Whatever. The service was really good here, and the people were very friendly, and I'm glad I came, and I will come back if I ever get back to Nagasaki
