Bidra med feedbackI had a 4000 yen course. 6 appetizers, pasta, Nagasaki wagyu beef biscuit, dessert chocolate tart , and coffee. It was a Florentine local dish that I don't have many opportunities to eat, but the 6 kinds of appetizers completely grabbed my heart. Depending on the person, there are ingredients that are likely to be addictive, but it is completely unfounded. The homemade bread with liver pate has a rich taste and no odor at all, as if only the delicious taste of the liver was extracted. The beef tripe salad also had a slight hormone feeling, but it was refreshing and very delicious. Ribollita, which is probably a specialty, has a nostalgic and relaxing taste and is also very delicious. My personal favorite is the one made with pork that looks like tuna. The freshness of the lemon worked on the salty and loosened meat, and it disappeared in no time. Nagasaki Wagyu Beef Bistecca is soft and juicy and has a happy taste. There was no meat smell at all, and the seasoning was good with salt and pepper. The espresso was also great. The atmosphere of the shop was also very good, and everyone in the shop had a calm and kind impression. There was a leather coin case made by a Florentine craftsman next to the cash register. It's a restaurant that you'll want to visit again. Original 4000円コースいただきました。前菜6種・パスタ・長崎和牛のビスケッタ・デザート チョコタルト ・コーヒー。 食べる機会がなかなかないフィレンツェの郷土料理でしたが、前菜6種盛りで完全に心を鷲掴みにされました。 人によってはクセがありそうな食材も含まれていますが全くの杞憂です。レバーパテ付きの手作りパンは、レバーの美味しい味だけを抜きとった様なコクのある味で臭みが全くないです。牛の胃袋のサラダもほんのりホルモン感はありますがさっぱりしていてとても美味しかったです。 名物であろうリボッリータはなんだか懐かしさのあるほっとする味でとこれまたとても美味しい。個人的に一番気に入ったのは豚肉をツナに見立てて作ったもの。しょっぱみのあるほぐれたお肉にレモンの爽やかさが効いていてあっという間になくなりました。 長崎和牛のビステッカは柔らかく肉汁たっぷりで幸せの味。肉の臭みが一切なく、味付けも塩コショウがいい塩梅に効いたシンプルに肉を堪能できる一皿でした。 エスプレッソも最高でした。 お店の雰囲気もとても良く、お店の方もみなさん穏やかで優しげな印象でした。レジ横にはフィレンツェの職人さんが作った革のコインケース等が置いてありましたよ。 また食べに行きたくなるお店です。
läs merA very satisfying Tuscan meal experience in Nagasaki. The chef's personal sojourn in Italy shines through in the well thought out menu which embraces the warm cuisine of this region. There are several items on the menu that are not found at other Italian eateries in Japan which is a welcome surprise indeed. Instead of lamb chops, the offering here is a perfectly grilled skewer of delicately seasoned lamb cubes. Pasta dishes were rich and flavorful showcasing the care with which the chef handles each course. Wine selection is limited but again shows that great care was taken in the bottles chosen to match the menu items. One exceptional bottle was the Valdobbiadene Prosecco from the Veneto region. The friendly husband and wife team will welcome you into their Tuscan home with a warm embrace.

It was a simpler dish than I thought. The appetizer is plentiful and it is quite hungry . Was the pasta porcini? The smell was very good. It is a pity that it was just too salty. The meat was lean and delicious. Cappuccino is just right bitter. It may become fashionable if you devise a device for the appetizer, but it is also possible to penetrate the rusticity as it is. Original 思った以上に素朴なお料理でした。前菜が盛り沢山でそれだけでかなりお腹いっぱい . パスタはポルチーニでしたか?香りがとても良かったです。ただちょっと塩味がききすぎていたのが残念。 お肉は赤身で美味しかったです。カプチーノもちょうど良い苦み。 前菜の盛り付けに工夫を凝らすとお洒落になるかもしれませんが、そのままで素朴さを貫き通すのもありかも、ですね。
läs merHad a delicious meal here, whose high point a risotto with gorgonzola and pine nuts was simply incredible. the pasta was perfectly cooked. the menu had all the names of the dishes in Italian, but only Japanese descriptions. the cook and the waitress were very friendly and especially friendly to our young son. there is a small terrace with a few tables, so they can eat outside the river.
