C Cafe - Nagano

Dining at the C Sharp Cafe is pronounced 'see sharp' and as a vegan, this place was a little slice of heaven for me. Over 90% of the menu is vegan and the flavors are absolutely delicious. The owners Akihito and Miya are incredibly friendly and dedicated to living harmoniously with the planet. I highly recommend trying the curry and, if available, the Red Bonsweet for dessert. Just a heads up, they are open on Wednesdays so it's best to call ahead. Miya also speaks English.
