Kuya J - Naga

Love the ambiance ....and affordable good food ..love the sisig!! However, there was no basic or brewed coffee we have to go to another store after dining.

Waiting time is so looooooonnnnnggggg! Food is good but waiting time was close to an hour. I had to grab an employee (they avoid eye contact and pretend not to hear you) to follow-up our food. I told him to cancel our order if they are still not ready to serve it. That was the only way we got our order. Avoid this place at all costs if you are not willing to wait for an hour or more.

I've always liked their food. Everytime I visit its full of people, wauting time around 30+ minutes

Cockroach ran across the table while we were eating. Food was great though. Saw another cockroach on the floor as we were walking out. Paint is peeling and the seats are torn, kind of a shabby place. Kuya J needs to visit some of his franchises and do a checkup. Maybe call pest control, too. Also, we asked for takeout for family back at the hotel, and when they opened it, there were no forks or spoons in the bag? How did they expect people to eat the food?

Recently had a large lunch and it was very busy. Chicken bbq on a stick w sauce was my favorite, will order this exclusively. Chop suey, very good. Sotanghon, good. Entire fried chicken was good. Pinakbet, good. The juices, sauces and sides are excellent. Huge amount of good food for very little money.
