Bidra med feedbackThe exterior gave us pause; it's a little grungy. But once we stepped inside, that changed. We were seated in the bar area, their choice. Our waitress was super attentive, answering all our questions. We each ordered a cocktail, both were superb. (The person who had recommended Auntie Pasta's had said they had amazing cocktails. She was correct. The bread, 2 whole loaves, was served with crunchy roasted garlic and olive oil. Wonderful. The main entrées were huge, neither of us could eat all of it. The flavors were perfectly balanced. I will definitely return.
In town for a week...got carry out twice. We had the cauliflower crust pizza and salads...excellent, easy to order and pick up.
I don’t like leaving “bad reviews,” but this was the worst service we have had in a long time. It was a busy night, and we expected the wait they told us, but our service once we sat down was below par. The waiter took our drink orders (waters and a drink from the bar), and then did not return for approximately 15 20 minutes. He brought the drink from the bar but acted surprised when I asked for my water. He then left and did not return for another 15 20 minutes to take our order (he passed us several times). We received our appetizer fairly quickly and it was delicious. He came back to refill our orders, but he left our dishes from our appetizer on our table until the order came out which was 45 minutes 1 hour after we ordered. We finally flagged him down to check on our food, and he told us the kitchen was getting right on it. He only checked on us if flagged him down. Our food finally came out, and it was hot and tasty. However, we were so put out by the service that we will probably not return if we are in town. It is rather disappointing because we don’t eat out often, and we were just left sitting there for most our dinner with dirty dishes.
Visited at lunch. Wanted the lunch special lasagna. They were sold at of the lasagna at 12:30pm. They only had dinner portions. The waitress was extremely helpful. My wife wanted the lunch Alfredo special. The waitress suggested we split the dinner combo of lasagna and chicken parmesan with Alfredo. It was actually $2 less than 2 lunch specials. The hot garlic bread is always included. We split the plate, ate until we were full and still had enough chicken parm and Alfredo for another meal at home. This is my 5th trip there, will definitely return. 2 meals for $20 is excellent value and best Italian in a 4 County area
Great Italian restaurant that is popular with both locals and tourists. Extensive menu of popular Italian entrees that are chef inspired and locally sourced. Texas friendly management and staff that is eager to please. Cocktails, wine, and beer. Complimentary off street parking. Highly recommended!!!
