Chili's Grill - Nacogdoches

Had the best dining in experience since before 2020. Thank yall,

For that location texmex restaurants have better food, prices, and waitstaff. Totally disappointed. And ditch the pay at table machines. They are no excuse for a waitress.

Ordered online for curbside, after watching 6 other people pull up get their food and leave. I finally got my food about 45 min after ordering and there was approx 10 fries that was cold my bun had already started getting soggy. I'm assuming my order was sitting there before I finally got it could be the reason for cold fries and the soggy bun, but the portion of fries was ridiculous.

Ordered curbside pickup and waited 10 minutes past time frame before calling. About 5 minutes later food arrived and the burger was so dry and burnt. I know when you order things they never look like the picture but this was just downright false advertising.

Our server, Teddy should be thankful for team members! The amount of times the young lady helped us in his place was ridiculous. I wished I could have been a part of her tip out at the end of the night. He didn’t check on our table or the table beside us without being summoned to do so. This visit had so much potential considering the swiftness of delivering meals and a perfect medium steak. However the service from this specific server was not well at all.
