Lovely hotel foodary with friendly atmosphere. Good selection on menu plus specials. Kitchen looked clean and efficient. Ordered a chicken schnitzel and fish chips both good. Pleasantly surprised with our quick dinner stop.

Four of us had lunch there today. Firstly the food took ages to be served. My husband had beef Rogan josh. It was more like a bad Thai curry than a mediocre Indian curry. Really horrible. Rice was gluey. I had fish and chips …passable Another rissoles ……very chewy, half was inedible. Caesar salad …fair Worse if all the very rude bistro girls. I hope the new Artisian restaurant success, won’t be hard to beat the pub.

Amazing hospitality and food. Cold beer, tasty pizza and friendly staff. We have always wanted to stop here from when we were both little kids, so glad we did tonight on our way home from an anniversary weekend away. Very happy, thank you!

We had reserved a table for my 18th birthday and they completely messed up the tables so we asked to change it and they were extremely rude about it and snobby with eye rolls and just stood there watching us change it, where’s the service! the girls out front are EXTREMELY rude. the brunette girls are so extremely snobby!! and the blonde girl was horrible. need better service this was so disrespectful and made my 18th horrible. they made me feel awful. however the bar side of the pub they were amazing !! wonderful people so friendly. i’ll spend my time over the other side away from those horrible girls. hire better staff my goodness
