Bidra med feedbackThis papa johns location is the worst I've ordered from. They constantly get the orders wrong and deliver to wrong addresses. It's definitely a combination of bad management and horrible staffing. The worst part is that they don't take accountability for their errors and don't answer phone calls.
Call and order dinner for me and my mother for 1hiur hours and 30 minutes wait and no food was delivered. I'm scared because they are very unprofessional and I pay for the order the phone with my debit card. I feel like there are going to do fraudulent activity with my debit card. Please i need the phone number to copperate because these employees don't respect the business or company they work for .you guys is loosing customer due to customer service

I've put up with this location for over a decade, but I've had enough. The issues range from undercooked pizza, cold pizza, constant mistakes, to 2-hour long deliveries after the pizza was cooked (yes, I received that one cold). I've experienced it all from this location, and I'm done.The photo below shows an order placed a few weeks ago. I ordered a well-done medium pizza with whole pepperoni topping and half mushroom. However, the pizza arrived not well-done, with only half topped with pepperoni.I immediately called back upon noticing the discrepancy. The person I spoke to, apparently the cook who made the order, denied any mistake and then transferred me to a random employee who said nothing could be done. They advised waiting for a manager to call back. I never received that call. After leaving negative feedback, I was told the store would rectify the issue, but they never did. Weeks later, I called the store and reached the assistant manager, who rudely told me that since I complained, customer service would provide a solution, not the store. When I mentioned the email from customer service stating the store would resolve the issue, I was transferred to the main manager, who promptly offered a refund that I never received.I don't like the fact that I have leave this review but from overall experience and even from looking at other review it is well overdue and deserved. These guys do not care about their customers, the very people that pay their bills. Staff needs retraining, and focus needs to be given towards quality control in terms of what comes out the oven. Assistant manager needs to be fired or demoted, get someone that actually has people skills it cost $0 to be empathetic to your customers especially when it's a screw up on your part.
I placed an order through the Uber Eats app and it took them 2 hours to deliver the order to the driver. Terrible and disastrous service. (and if the food arrived cold).
