Mcdonald's

It's McDonald's. My rating just decreased. I had an encounter with the manager who was aggressive toward me. She asked the number of my order, and when I told her, she said I was wrong. I showed her the number on the bag and my table number. Her response was that I didn't need to talk to her like she was a dumb N-word. She then proceeded to tell me her husband was white and that she was intelligent. I'm not sure what triggered the racial discord. I was frustrated with her for talking over me and insisting I was wrong and then ignoring me and not giving me a cup for my drink. I'm sure that was reflected in my tone of voice. Then, when I discovered my order was wrong, she tried to blame me for giving her the wrong order number. The items in the bag didn't match the receipt on the bag. I think she must have been having a rough day. I heard her also treat a couple of doordashers rather harshly.

Not open 24 hours. Do you know what open 24 hours means? I don’t think you do. It means that you take people’s orders and prepare and serve food all day and all night. Not just to Door Dash. Not closing to prepare for breakfast. Not saying our computers are re booting. Serve food or close your business.

This McDonald 's has HORRIBLE service! I have attempted to order at this location several times (Drive Thru/Mobile App, etc. every time I arrive at this location, they are not taking orders? If your employees dont want to work, maybe hire people who really need a job. Why are you still advertising as 24 hrs, if you are never open/or taking orders?

Laughed at when I asked for a new dr pepper because the one I had was watered down.
