Bus Loop Burgers

I reviewed the comments before choosing a place to get a burger. One person stated that this place has the best burgers. After eating here I don't share the same sentiment. I don't like to speak negatively about a business if I was treated respectfully. And I was. The staff was respectful but they are young so in time they may grow and mature to become better servers. The burger itself left much to be desired. It didn't have the beef flavor of a hamburger. I'm not sure what mixture of meat it was but it was not what I expected. I didn't even finish the burger. Nevertheless this is just my experience. Yours may be better.

I was totally dissatisfied with my order my order did not come with all the necessary things that I want on my burger. They are horrible and terrible place to deal with the customer service people is terrible.

Food was made to order so it was fresh, had good flavor, and customer service was good.

Delicious hamburgers made exactly how you want them.The onion rings for crispy oniony and a good portion for the money absolutely delicious.

I ordered a burger online but once I arrived I decided to get an order of onion rings as well. Kind of small but neat and very clean establishment. The cashier was not the friendliest but I got my food pretty fast. The burger was delicious and the onion rings were seasoned and fresh. Great food but work on the customer service please.
