Update: Thank you for the reply but we did do that. We called and talk to the manager the night we ordered and they did not offer to Compensate us or anything (what?s more she seemed almost annoyed that I didn?t just except it as is despite there being a fail on every single dish). They basically made it sound like it was my issue for expecting things to look like what?s on the Internet. If she had seemed at all apologetic or offered to remove the failed items off thebill I most certainly wouldn?t have gone to one star. It?s not something that I do except for the worst of the worst experiences. Original Ordered food and picked it up. Huge mistake getting food from there. The Bavarian pretzels wereburned and hard as a rock, the wedge was loose lettuce, the beef sliders were one big burger, the One nighter burger had very spicy bacon and the steak sandwich had no cheese. Basically, none of items were as expected and as advertised ontheir website. We were not offered credit or to remake any of the items. We could have ordered from a number of other restaurants at the Broadway of the Beach and have big regrets about choosing Bar Louie! Go there to get drunk. Not to eat.

Awesome place. Great atmosphere. Our first visit was Open Mic night. Good entertainment. Service and drinks were great. Would definitely recommend.

Good service and great happy hour. The strawberry lemonade sangria was a fave.
