Chipotle Mexican Grill - Myrtle Beach

There were problems with the Chipotle app because the order did not make it to the store, although I was charged for it. However, the branch manager was very understanding and helped to solve the problem quickly by taking care of my order. They were from some pages like Fajita Paprika and Salad, but 5 stars for service!

Mgr, who prepared our food, went very fast and did not provide good customer service experience. Ignored our preferences by giving us less than enough food. Cashier was very nice

The food was really good. Meat cooked and seasoned well. All the punches were also super good. It hates you don't get chips anymore. But it was super good overall.

Good stuff! The staff was very nice and got your food exactly as you wanted. Your place is not very clean. The food is very good. There are many things like, Burritos, Tacos, Salate etc. The place to eat outside great if you want to eat in nature. Overall, beautiful place if you want a beautiful place for some Mexican foods.

The employee were very nice however the cleanliness was not at all what you would expect in a place you are going to be eating food... it needed a serious cleaning. The floors were filthy, the tables were all gross and hadn't been wiped down. The entire area were the soda fountain was, was in dire need of a cleaning. Overall just not a place you want to sit down and grab a bite to eat. We didn't notice until we went to sit down with our food fill our drinks just how bad it was, otherwise we would have walked right out. The cashier had a dirty tray she pulled out and had to walk away to try and spray off to clean real fast before she put my food on it. Perhaps management wasn't around that day but I would not return to this Chipotle at all due to its uncleanliness. And NO this isn't me being mean, just clean up! The place wasn't even busy.
