Chicken Express - Muskogee

Great customer service and the food was fresh and really good!!

Fish wasn't done as it usually is and french fries were cold.

The Indian lady that waited on us was super nice and attentive to our needs!

My husband and I went through the drive thru of this establishment ordered a 9 piece gizzard 2 piece fish dinner. While the young worker was taking our order we were asked what sides we would like. My husband asked where the sides were on the menu board. The young worker pointed us to where the sides were listed but began to say the sides aloud. The young worker then stated we have okra, potatoes, watermelon...... My husband asked what did you just say? Did you say watermelon? The young worker replied I 'm sorry, I didn 't mean to say that . We spoke to a manager (that stated he was new to the area, from Texas) but were brushed off as he stated I 'm sure he didn 't mean anything by it I 'm not sure what else that comment could have meant other than a racial slur. In all of the time we have gone to this establishment we have NEVER known them to sell or offer watermelon, even seasonal. I 'm 99.99% sure we won 't be back prayerfully everyone we tell won 't be back either

Always like Chicken-Express! Could be more consistent for the price but no denying the food and options.Dietary restrictions: Not the best for alpha-gal but a few really good options. Love the fried catfish here.
