Buffalo Wild Wings - Muskogee

After driving 7 hours from Houston, i ordered my food to go…… the wings and fries were cold. No ranch dressing and I ordered at least 20 wings …. The wait was at least an hour long.

As soon as we walked in a waitress rolled her eyes and yelled to the people in the back We 've got another one! Our forks were visibly dirty and our waitress didn 't check on us once for the whole time we were there. An older couple stood at the front waiting to be seated for so long that they finally just seated themselves. The staff wasn 't too busy to seat them, they were just ignoring them. Overall the staff has a poor attitude but I gave 2 stars instead of one because the food was good and filling.

Amanda is the best! Great experience, very personable and knowledgeable behind her bar. Nice and very personable.

Wish i had read reviews first! Ordered online, they tell you your order will be ready at a certain time then you wait at the restaurant for half an hour or more. Watched 2 other customers ahead of me cancel their orders because of this. All you have to do guys is let your customers know when it's really going to be ready and avoid people getting ticked off!

This is the second time in the last two months we have eaten at this location in hopes that the first bad experience was due to just an off day. Both visits, multiple staff were staring at the seating chart like it was in a foreign language. We stood waiting for a table for almost 10 minutes both times. There were obvious tables open, but about half still had trash and food left from previous guests and staff just standing around. This last visit, my water was empty before our food arrived, but the waitress only brought a refill of pop to my husband whose drink was still halfway full. Let's not get started on all the extra charges for just condiments...that's ridiculous. Our sign to turn around should have been when we were hit by the sewage smell coming from the bathroom at the front door. Now that I say that out loud, what were we thinking.
