The scaled back menu sucks. All the things we came here for were taken off the menu Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Food was great once we actually got it... Service was terrible and our server definitely forgot to put our order in and we waited over an hour for our food. They were not busy and had many tables open. We were told excuses of why our food took so long, but tables who ordered 10 min after us got their food before us. We ordered chicken tenders and a quesadilla. Both items take no more then 10-15 min to make each.... Yes, ik this bc my wife has worked in restaurants as a server for many years. I'd rather have a server be honest and say she made a mistake then to be obviously lied to. Once the food finally came out, there were no apologies and or discounts on our bill. Like I said, food is always good but don't go there with any type of expectations for customer service, as you will be greatly disappointed.

We have always loved going there. Tonight, Valentines Day, we ordered and waited about half hour for food. No big deal but instead of bringing food she tells us the dinner my husband ordered was all gone. I ask if I can just get mine to go since we didn’t have time to reorder. It took another half hour to get boxes and bill paid. No apology and no attempt like free soft drinks for the trouble. I’m sorry to say that we won’t be going back. I would’ve given this place 5 stars in the past and have always recommended to everyone as the best run restaurant in Muskegon. So sad to see such a great place fall so far.
