Market Grille Express Muscatine

We are from the salad bar and hot case last week. The salad needed refreshed, wilted items, out of some items, soup Looked like it had been warmed for hours. Pulled pork sandwich had just a smidgen of meat, and almost no bbq sauce. Mac and cheese was so over warmed it had begun to gel. Not going back

This restaurant prefers to make customers wait 15 minutes for their ready-to-go food, rather than just giving it to them immediately. You can't even view the food until after 4pm. It doesn't make sense that you can't pick up food and go shopping at the same time. The timing of when the ready-to-eat food is served to customers should not matter.

All of the employees were extremely kind and helpful. The manager was hands on working the floor and greeting folks as well. Keep up the great work. I love Hy-Vee!

I went to Hy-Vee Marketplace in Muscatine on Highway 61 and ordered a Cobb salad without tomatoes. The salad had chicken, sliced hard boiled egg, and various other toppings. Along with a cup of coffee, the total came to a reasonable $10. The food was really delicious, especially with the Caesar dressing. Can't go wrong with that!

The food was good and most of the staff were fantastic. However, the young lady in charge of the dining area was not very attentive. She walked past a dirty table and the restaurant was nearly empty. I noticed a table that had not been cleared for over 30 minutes. She seemed lazy.
