Shangri-la Barr Al Jissah, Muscat

We had perfect experience with eating and also working with. the staff was very friendly to us and welcomed us every day. the housekeeping was also beautiful and fast. the swimming pools were clean and out. laze river was also a smart idea. the only problem was that was missing from sorting when it came to restaurants (see expected Spanish, Italian, etc restaurants). overall very satisfied with the service!

A very good resort, great view (the room is a must). the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet is excellent. my only problem was that it seemed to be miles away from the capital (attractions), but then it is again a coastal place so very ideal if they want one out. but be prepared to drive one because to reach other attractions such as museum of illusions, the opernhaus and the big mosque.

Amazing hotel and total experience. the rooms are clean and comfortable, fantastic amenities and restaurants. the staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. would definitely return for another stay.

We have a day pass for the resort instead of staying here, but do not regret staying here now - it was paradies! we will come back to stay. the service, lazy river, swimming pools, eating was exceptional, out of sight were breathtaking, the sunbed area was so relaxing, we wished that they had made schisha that it would have had from above

Beautiful bay. Staff are amazing. This hotel is a bit dated but we all enjoyed it. We will return. Turtles hatching on beach and trips to see adult Turtles and dolphin amazing.
