Below his unassuming persona is a consummate Hotelier attentive to every signal each patron sends. It is such a treat to visit Além Bica.Ps: The beer was bitter cold just the way I love it! Mom loved the fact that he hated up her glass so that her water was neither room temperature or ice cold but somewhere in between.It's the little things really that make big memories.Thank you Frank

Had lunch today at Alem-Bica for the first time. I had the daily special which was bochechas with cheese on a portuguese soft roll. It was outrageous, so tender and delicious. Can't beat the price super reasonable. The owner super friendly. I will go back again and try the burger which it is known for. I give Alem-Bica 5 Stars it deserves it.

Very good surprise, we stopped at Alèm-Bica for lunch while traveling from Torreira to Coimbra and we had a great time. The host is very kind, he recommended the honey mustard hamburger which was incredible ! Will definitely come again if we have a chance in the future.
