Moe's Southwest Grill - Murrysville

Very busy. And loud. And the floors were dirty and wet with spilled food and drinks. The staff did not explain the process of ordering or where the salsa was. The staff must be more friendly and assume that for the first time everyone visits it. The food was good.

Wish I could give 10+ stars. Totally amazing staff full of rock stars.. food was tasty, hot and fresh, and considering it's Cinco de Mayo it was really fast too!

Love this place. Always Double Protein. Spicy Chicken Steak. Better than Chipotle. Always the spot before a Pens game.

I can understand making a mistake, but this is the third time in a row that I have placed an online order that was prepared incorrectly. Ordered a salad today on my lunch break with no mushrooms, and the first fork full I took had two mushrooms in it. Called to store, and I was put on hold for about five minutes before finally getting to speak to the male manager who was EXTREMELY rude (the place was empty when the order was picked up). Was offered a refund, but I was also left with no lunch because I was unable to leave work again to pick up a replacement. Very poor management, would rather drive the extra few minutes and go to Chipolte.

I highly recommend this Moe's in Murrysville, PA! The food is fantastic! The staff handled a large volume of customers with ease while maintaining a friendly demeanor, ensuring top-notch service without cutting any corners. Plus, the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
