Marlin Quay Marina And Grille

What a great place to get food, and have a beautiful view for dinner! The food was absolutely amazing. The coconut shrimp were perfect, and the raspberry goat cheese sauce was delicious. My friend and I split the Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp and there was a plentiful amount of meat. My drink was OK, but my friend got the spicy watermelon jalapeño margarita and was great. They did not have salads on the menu, hopefully they will add some salad options in the future. The seating is limited so where we sat was very warm in the sun but I t was beautiful once the sun went down. Will definitely be going back.

The Quay is the new restaurant on top floor and it is fabulous! Great view and amazing food. We had the tuna tacos, mahi tacos, and Quay stack!

They tore this building down and built a new four story one in its place and named it The Quay, 2nd floor is a gift shop ,third floor air conditioned small casual dining room , and fourth floor open air bar and tables, there is an elevator . The menu is casual had a fish sandwich and fries 13.99 , my friend had a crab cake sandwich and sweet potato fries and a drink that was 8.00 food was average when we went to pay the bill on our credit card we were charged more then the price on the menu for our food like gas stations that show a cash price and a credit card price . Thought that was kinda crazy . The view from the third and fourth floor of the inlet and the ocean across the street was great but thought the seating was uncomfortable and the food average . So for me this is a one and done visit . But I'm sure it will get business from boaters who dock there , fishermen and maybe a younger crowd at the 4th floor open air bar!

Very nice small marina on south Waccamaw Dr. A mile from our condo just off the inlet of Murrells Inlet. Today a local shrimp boat was selling head on jumbo shrimp for $40 for 5 pounds. You can't get any fresher at a great price. We use the heads when making a sauce for shrimp and grits..

Incredible place! Great views. Shrimp sold fresh right off the boat.
