Actually went to Duncan to get Baskin-Robbins. This place could use a serious clean job. The ice cream was good but you could tell that it wasn't the freshest. Didn't even get anything from Duncan not on this trip but maybe next time it's close by so we'll probably go back there.
The customer service person, Hannah, what's one of the very nicest people at Dunkin Donuts. She has a very sweet personality. It was just an overall pleasure to be waited on somebody that seems to care as much as she does.
Treat yourself to a quick 10-minute drive to the location on the bypass. If you're partial to attitude, arrogance, and poor customer service, this place might be right up your alley! The blonde woman behind the counter seems to think she’s better off earning $20 at a salon! So, I say goodbye to that experience! She clearly can’t even make a sandwich properly. Burnt bacon, anyone?
"The coffee-making skills here need improvement. If a customer requests a drink to be remade, there's no need to be rude about it. After six years of being a loyal customer, I'm not planning to return! The manager was particularly unpleasant and hung up on me. Even the staff at the drive-thru had an attitude. Just a heads up: asking for extra cream doesn't mean you want a white coffee! And there was no additional shot of espresso, as promised. I’ve learned better from Dunkin' Donuts on 707."
