Costa - MURRELLS INLET

An outstanding dining experience. A warm and friendly greeting from the hostess. The restaurant was a bit chilly but it did not deter me and my wife from a lovely evening. Lee Ann our waitress was very friendly upbeat and knowledgeable. What made the dining experience more memorable was the incredible cuisine. Pasta primavera was a delicious entree as was the scallops for the main course. Stuffed mushrooms w/crab a very tasty appetizer. The atmosphere was also nice, seemed to be good teamwork amongst the wait staff; friendly and helpful. The ambience was very positive too. I must say that I would recommend Costa Coastal Restaurant for excellent cuisine and variety of entrees offered. I am definitely returning to try more Italian dishes, overall 5 stars

We went for our 25th anniversary celebration and as usual we were not disappointed. We had the 8oz filet migon and the chicken scarpariello. Both were absolutely fantastic. Then we topped it off with a limoncello cake. We will definitely not wait for another anniversary to return as Costa has become our favorite restaurant. Trent our server was outstanding and very knowledgeable.

I had the fresh catch, halibut, special. It was the best fish I have had since our trip to Florida. This was our first visit to Costa Restaurant and surely won't be our last. The server, Cornelia, was superb. Great find in Murrell's Inlet.

We really like this location. Food is always good. However, this time we experienced extremely slow service. To be fair, we had a group of eight. We did all get our food together and it was hot and very good. The long wait was not good. We had to run down our waiter to get the checks. We needed 5 separate checks. The waiter left for the kitchen and when he came back we had to tell him what each of our entrees were. Not a good look, and yet more delay. Disappointing when you bring out of town guests in.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The setting was comfortable, the decor was smart, the service was top notch, the food was delicious and plated beautifully and the drinks were amazing!
