Fasta Pasta - Murray Bridge

Fasta Pasta brought back childhood memories, so I was excited to take my kids ages 7 and 8. The kid's lunches were great value and they enjoyed the pizza and pasta finished by an ice cream dessert.  I had the pumpkin risotto which was nice....A quick, economical and kid-friendly restaurant with a variety of food options on the menu is a great place to go. 

Online order, placed at 7pm, eta 7.43om, phoned at 8.03 regarding status of order, told it’s on its way, rang again at 8.29 to be told it left 15 minutes ago, I’m 6 minutes from the restaurant but understand they do more than 1 delivery...at a time! Fortunately food was hot and quite tasty when finally delivered the driver was quite lovely, I understand this was in no way her fault but really 1 and a half hours for delivery, you have got to be joking!!! It was not only me waiting for dinner, but others including a child yes I had ordered for him from the children’s menu, he was asleep by the time dinner arrived…..good thing I had a back up for him!!!I am happy to hear that in these times the restaurant is busy, but perhaps if there is a delay with an order contact could be made, either way i still find 1 1/2 hour wait totally outside the realms of good customer service!!!!!!

This restaurant used to be great, but recent experiences have been disappointing. During my last visit, my partner and I waited 40 minutes for chewy and undercooked pasta with watery and bland sauce. The staff were forgetful and unhelpful.

Ordered garlic bread, puttanesca and a marinara pasta dish. Food was delicious and brought to us in less than 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and most accommodating.

I can’t believe this place is called Fasta Pasta... we waited over an hour for our lasagna to arrive and it was cold! I sent it back to the kitchen and waited another 10 minutes for it to come back out again still cold. It...didn’t even taste that great. I would have probably enjoyed it more if I went to Woolies and bought a microwave lasagna!
