This place has its heights and its depths!! ALL, before you go!!! Images also available!!! The Ups Food is good, their employees are mostly great, the atmosphere is always welcoming and has quiet music. The downs you use to have really nice laminated menus, but now they have turned them on paper menus and every time I come in, they always give me a paper menu, which is disgusting, covered with food spots, holes in them and when I was asked about a new, cleaner menu I was told and I quote “ unfortunately we have no more paper menus left out and we only use a new, cleaner menu. The cutlery sits only on the table waiting for people to be fed, God knows how many people pass and touch them with their dirty hands. This place used to be so beautiful, but now it goes downhill and it does not seem that the owner cares to fix these problems that make it where this restaurant is not as pleasant as it is used.

I had previously held a skate review on the cleanliness of the back of house personnel and the standards. Then I realized you can read the review of the health department of this restaurant here on Yelp. Nothing more to say.

The food was terrible as the service. It didn't matter for the beer. We were here many years ago and it was good. Not now. The waiter never asked how the meal was and never removed a dirty dish. We need to finish our beers with all the dirty dishes that sit in front of us!

The food was good and the staff was nice. We went during lunch so was not too busy, but waited 35 min for table for two.

I really love this restaurant and i've been here a million times so i do recommend. however, i think it would be super cool if the vegan burger option was vegan and didn't say vegan but then needed to be modified to actually be vegan. just sucks to order it thinking it would be vegan but it comes out with normal cheese on it. thanks if you're not vegan this restaurant is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 stars
