This place was great! Based on the location and size of the restaurant, my expectations were not high. But they were completely exceeded. The food was very flavorful and appropriately spicy. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was simple and clean. I can't wait to go again

Aroon Thai Kitchen is my favorite Thai place! I love the yellow curry, massaman curry, chicken satay, shrimp fresh springs rolls. The peanut sauce is AMAZING! The portion sizes are big so I always get at least 2 meals out of my curry.

The service was really great and the food was really good, to say the least! They give you a big pot of tea too! I got the lunch special (which comes with two entries and rice) and dessert! I ate the roti for breakfast and had it with my tea!

Aroon is worth driving to from downtown SLC — it's the best spot I've found so far (and I've tried all the usual spots). I've been actively looking for a new Thai spot ever since my favorite closed during covid, and was very glad to find Aroon. Not that it really matters, but the staff is also extremely friendly.

We have a new favorite Thai restaurant! The food, the service, the atmosphere, all fantastic. When we arrived with our two young kids the owner sat us right away and gave our kids crayons and a coloring page. He also brought them a strawberry milk drink. My partner has a very sensitive gluten allergy and everything was made safe and he had no reaction. This included the pad see ew that was special ordered gf. I highly recommend Aroon.
