Papa Johns Pizza - Murphyville

I came here to pick up my pizza and noticed that none of the workers are wearing gloves. My pizza was then dropped by one of the workers in the back, in front of me. They refused to comp my meal and wasted my time. Never coming back here again.

August 30th, 2023 It was the 20th anniversary of my mom's passing she liked Papa John's. I ordered on my mobile app five pizzas a garlic cheese bread in remembrance of her. When I walked into the store I was greeted very warmly by a person who was doing it all (don't know her name but she just came off a shift working at Dunkin' donuts). She told me it would be a few minutes; she was just putting in the garlic bread. Then she printed out my receipt, got my pizzas garlic bread and offered to help me to my car. Not sure why she was all alone in the store but she was an energetic superstar who had a smile happy demeanor. I wish there were more people like her working in the workforce. Please give that girl a raise! Oh and the pizzas garlic bread were good.

Staff is nice and accommodating. Had an error with a DoorDash delivery and the staff working there were nice enough to fix it for. Shout out to Jeremy!

No matter which Papa John's you order from the food is pretty much the same so this review isn't about the food. We had some delivery issues that could've turned this review sour, but the response from the staff and delivery driver was absolutely immaculate, so no matter what, they deserve 5 stars, period. You'll get your food QUICK, but not too quick

Good customer service. Clean. Limited standing space. Cannot dine in. Will be easier to cal in your order so that you can just pick it up. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Limited parking.
