Mcdonald's - Murphyville

This McDonald’s needs help bad. They always burn the eggs and asking for jelly for the biscuit is like asking for the last one in Gwinnett County. They are always kids in there being loud and cussing. I’m can’t believe they allow this. I come here because it’s close to my church. I think I need to bring the priest here for breakfast to help.

This place had improved for a while. But I see they are back to their old ways. All I wanted after a bad week was a nice treat for breakfast. They were rude from start to finish and apparently a straw is just way too much to ask for. It's fine, ladies. I'll just sit in my car crying while I munch on my mcmuffin and sip my drink trying not to spill it all over myself while I wonder what life has possibly done to you to make you treat other people so horribly.

Not the cleanest. Small on inside. Can dine in. Not the best customer service.

There was a group of young teens in the lobby about 08:30 AM sitting at the tables being loud, cussing, and criticizing people without the management stepping in to bring peace for the customers to eat. Management was called on the phone to complain about the unruly teens. The food was pretty good, but the atmosphere was chaotic.

A customer and her family brought their dog into the McDonald's tonight.
