Absolutely loved it!! Amazing grilled cheese, yummy coleslaw...what else so you need after shopping in Murphys for lunch?

Best grilled cheese I have had. I am glad the Murphys has places like this. I have visited this area many times over the years and every time I return it gets better and better. Its because of places like this that add that extra bit of niceness to the location. I had the pesto and potato grilled cheese sandwich with one of their sipp sodas. Excellent!! Super nice staff. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food was ok but overpriced, however I have never been to a restaurant with worse customer service. There was no one in the place and now I know why. First off, they only had one high chair and I have one year old twins, so this was definitely not child friendly. My other twin had to roam around the booth seat. My 15 year old cousin was also with us and did not feel like having grilled cheese, so my husband walked with her next door and got her chicken tenders and brought it back in this restaurant. The waitress immediately ran over and told her she cannot have outside food in the restaurant, so my cousin took the food outside to eat it. She immediately opened the door and yelled that this was still their property and she had to go. So, my 15 year old cousin had to go eat her food on the street. I would have understood not having her bring food in the restaurant if the waitress had explained it nicely but she was so unbelievably rude. After seeing how ridiculously this woman acted, we asked for our food to go. The grilled cheese was ok...I also got a tomato soup for $4 and it was tiny. They put it in a little container meant for dressing..it was pathetic. We were also yelled at several times to shut the door so as not to waste their air conditioning. This whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE.

Adult food was great but with two kids (7+5) grilled cheese at $8 and only getting half a sandwich did not go over well with our eaters.
