Starbucks - Murphy

This has to be the absolute worst Starbucks. They seem to either screw up your order or after you wait for your order for 10+ minutes they tell you they don’t have what you ordered.

Found a hair in my coffee, this location isn’t clean. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited for order to be be taken, no acknowledgement Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Service: 1

Usually this place is very pleasant to treat if they make a mistake with an order. the last two days they made a hot chocolate in my order with espresso. this second time I even asked them to be sure that the drink with espresso does not make. when I went to the order, the young man who commanded that I told myself. well, sir, mistakes happen when I remembered him, I had asked not to have the drink with espresso, he repeated his statement but with more representation. one of his female employees immediately followed him with thanks for their patient and understanding, sir the attitude in this load on the display today was very disappointing. so much that I called the customer care line to report it. I was told by the customer service employee that they have received many complaints about this location lately. this is sad because until recently this was a great location for customer service. I hope that they are able to correct the recruitment problem with some employees who simply do not understand how the customer service should be delivered.
