Bidra med feedbackI downloaded the app. I signed up. I placed an online order. I put in my credit card info. I got an order number. I sent my kids to pick up the food. They didn’t have the order. They wouldn’t let me reorder over the phone to pay with my card and they wouldn’t give me the online deal. The app doesn’t seem to work properly and YES I have an iPhone. They simply did NOT care. I have found many places to be very accommodating during this crisis we are dealing with but not PANDA EXPRESS! So I am now a former customer of PANDA and I sent my kids down the road to Number 1 Chinese on Fortress Blvd. Go there. They are amazing, accommodating, and very friendly. Oh and you actually get your food.
My word how bad! I know this is a place for students but still. A customer is a customer. Everything was overcooked and didn't taste as it should have. Overpriced as well. When I was a student here in 2015 it was good. Now, the total opposite. Panda Express needs to come in and do something.
The food was terrible. It is the worst Chinese fast food that I have eaten ever. The fried rice and noodles were not well cooked.
Food is always hot good tasting great customer service will let you sample anything before buying
We ordered food to go. I ordered beef and broccoi. The veggies were mush and the beef was nonexistent. 99% was rice. I will never order from this Panda Express again .
