Olive Garden Murfreesboro

This place is terrible! I love Olive Garden but this place is filthy and the food was horrid. The manager lady I think her name was Angela was extremely rude and should be fired. Waited 30 minutes just to get drinks and greeted. The building is just dirty. Every table was covered in filth and the walls and everything were just disgusting. I will never eat here again and I might never eat at any Olive Garden again my experience was so terrible. The manager was rude to us and needs to be gotten rid of if you want this business to succeed. Her attitude was just terrible if you're in customer service you should always be pleasant. You can tell she doesn't get laid. I'm telling all my friends and family to never go here. So y'all better tighten up especially the manager lady.

The food is prepared excellently. Our server, however, was missing most of the service. To be fair, it was Mother 's Day. But when the table next to us has their service continued the entire time when seated after us, this causes frustration. It was an hour wait to get a table, which is normal on any holiday and we had no issues with the wait to be seated. But another twenty minutes to get our drink orders in, which we did not receive all at once, is something. To be frank, saying I 'll be right back should mean 3 to 5 minutes. Not 20, and certainly not while we watch a different four person table seated after us have a smooth service their entire meal while we wait for drinks. A different server altogether brought our meals, which happens in a busy restaurant. During the meal, we saw our server one time about refills as she checked on us, which also took a considerable amount of time. Once done, we requested to go boxes, as serving sizes are always large in Olive Garden which we like. We paid and waited; then waited some more. After another 20 minutes for the two to go boxes, we got one. We decided we would just leave it as is. Fortunately, she arrived as we were getting up with the second box, so we were able to leave with the rest of our food. Maybe it was a bad day for her with the volume of customers. We will be back, of course, one set of poor service won 't negate our custom. But maybe some of the staff can receive more training in time management. From start to finish, we were at the restaurant for 3 hours.

Haven't been to one in a few years and had to eat lunch here. As always delicious food.The staff here were very friendly. We have a service dog and wanted to sit somewhere where he wouldn't be in the way and the manager helped us out. Unfortunately, our waitress hardly came to our table. We got one drink refill during our meal there. Not sure if she was having an off day or what but she was at her other tables more than ours.

I think of Olive Garden for what it is--chain restaurant for Italian food. So this is pretty much about the service which was very good considering it was a Sunday afternoon and we all know every restaurant is hurting for workers. If Olive Garden is short on staff, I couldn't tell. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival though told we would have about a 25 minute wait. Our server was on point. I wish I remembered his name because I really like to give people their props. He was attentive and patient. We didn't have to wait on refills or ask for things. He made sure that we had what we needed the entire time. Typically Olive Garden is not my first choice for a restaurant but I'm glad we chose them this time. Kids were happy with their food and had leftovers. Hubs and I both demolished the salmon. Good job OG.

Was planning a dinner with a dear friend that was leaving town and we decided on Olive Garden. I looked up the closing time and it was 10pm. This was at 9:30. Instead of holding up staff and staying late, we decided to order to go. Tracy at the front looked rather annoyed at my request and said she had closed the kitchen when I asked for a to go order. So then I asked if I could be seated since the restaurant was open till 10pm. She said she would check her kitchen and let me know then came back and said that it wasn't possible to serve me. This was at 9:35. Look I get it, the serving industry is hard and people are rude. All I wanted was a to go order. If you close at 9:00 then DON'T SAY OPEN TILL 10.
