Dunkin' - Murfreesboro

Avocado toast was weird!!! couldn't figure out if the toast was nasty or the avocado!! taste freezer burn??‍. but the ice coffee was great ??.

Being so close to my house, this Dunkin location and it's staff have gotten to know me very well. Every time they see me, I'm greeted with kindness and respect. The drinks are always prepared to my liking except on the rare few occasions. Their donut selection runs out quick, so if you want to get the good donuts, get there before noon.

Food was pretty pricey for the quality. I ordered 2 croissants that weren't fresh at all, yet had to wait several minutes for them to be prepared.

A bunch of young kids who have no desire to care about the quality of their work or customer interaction. I live across the street and have been burned more than enough times. The middle aged man who appears to be the manager is the only one who seems to care. Waited in line for 15 minutes for a matcha and a late. Late comes out luke warm and the matcha was about half full. Hire better/more help because the manager and the older lady are the only two that seem to give a shoot

I don't get all of the negativity with this place. We are from out of town and wanted to get some coffee. I saw that there was a Dunkin', so I stopped in. Everyone here was super nice and attentive. The lady behind the counter even felt bad for pronouncing my name wrong! I thought the customer service was great, they listened to my order and got it correct. There's about 2 in room on top, but that's the same with Starbucks and every other coffee place I have been too. There's nothing wrong with it. The coffee was great, and my donut was fresh. The customer service was fantastic. What else could you ask for?
