Baskin-robbins - Murfreesboro

Bad service. On their phones and didn’t want to get our order. And then had a problem with a toddler having fun being loud. Making comments about it. But The young man working was very kind and took our order with no problem.

Good ice cream but the service is extremely slow and I do not want to give my hard earned money when having to wait over 20 minutes for ice cream. Went down the road to the next ice cream shop and they served us within minutes of being there. Will not go back to baskin robins

I was jacked for a tip at the BR…smhMy wife and I were in the mood for some BR and the most unexpected thing happened. I was waiting in the drive-thru and we noticed a girl hanging out the window and putting the card reader inside every car in front of us. I found it odd until it was my turn to pay. The girl was making sure that she and the Baskin Robbins crew were getting their tip whether you likes it or not… The craziest thing was putting the card reader in the car. I was forced to give her $1.90 tip and then she got an attitude. The worst part of this experience was that the ice cream was soft serve because IMO they shut the freezers off to make serving ice cream easier. Who owns this joint? Clean house or shut your doors!Oh, almost forgot! The flavors of the IC was water down and the waffle cones had no flavor. (The thickest part of the cone had a little flavor but I have no idea what has happened to 31 flavors)

The ice cream is amazing. The service was horrible. Waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes before I got to the window. Assumed they were short handed. Apparently customers were far down the list of priorities. There were two workers I could see. People they clearly knew on the other side of the counter. They were fooling around loudly laughing and their conversation was so loud I could hear every curse word clearly. Completely ridiculous and inappropriate. Management either not there or doesn't care. Waited another ten at window with three cars behind me.

The bathroom was unsanitary and foul! Post Covid need to be addressed and dealt with. Ijs. ??
