Novo Sports Bar Paddy Singh Restaurant

This Restaurant was without doubt one of the best in the area. A lot of expense has been made to refurbish and improve the decor of the establishment. Unfortunately having visited today the Menu Del Dia selection has been substantially reduced and the food was mainly from frozen produce or tasted such. The food standard was far below past standards for whatever reasons. It is apparent that quality has been substituted for appearance etc. Quality is more important than appearance. Get back to basics or it will come back to haunt you.

The clientele in Paddy's is a surprising mix..the majority British but a good mixture of Spanish and German most days as well. A varied menu across the day...British breakfast menu, and British, Irish and Indian lunch and evenings. Good pub fare at a very reasonable price. TVs showing sports for sports fans, live music Fridays and Saturdays and a quiz night every Monday. A good place to gonif you are looking for the familiar.

We have been coming to this Restaurant for some years now and have always found the welcome so warm when we arrive here. The food is great with a wide range of choices, from curries to fish and chips etc. always cooked fresh. It is always busy here and best to book a table if you want to sit inside. Thursday night is quiz night at 9 pm with Ivor, which is good fun. A big thank you to Alan, Sharon, Nick and the rest of the staff for making this one of our favourite Restaurants.

Have eaten there40-50 times over last 5years BUT last 3 times were very poor and will not be going again the steak and ale pie was very good but now is 75% kidney with no mention on the menu the chicken korma used to be very good but now 2 people in my party agreed it was more like a chicken korma soup with a few small pieces of chicken dropped in it the last time my wife and friend had gammon steak it was so over cooked it was like rubber so take your chance

The food was superb. Don't expect a 5 star restaurant because it isn't that sort of place. The large menu of top quality dishes is top notch. Friday night was jam packed as you might expect. It was the best meal we had anywhere during a weeks stay in Spain. Very very tasty food and reasonably priced with good portions too. Snobs stay away.
