Il Fornaio Schirru - MURAVERA

We travel to Muravera every summer and this is a daily stop for us to stock up on fresh bread, cheese, cured meats, dolce and other tasty local stuff. I recommend the croissants and prezite (sp? . A few phrase of Italian can be beneficial when ordering (i.e. “pane”, “duecento grammi di prosciutto” , but that shouldn’t be a deterrent. It’s located right on the main street of town and is easily accessible.

Our trusty retailer of pizzas and delicious focaccias. and then the milk sandwiches my baby loves. always provided showcase and very friendly staff.

In this place there is so nice local products and so good their bread. We liked a little cakes with mirto.
