We had a wonderful stay! Since our arrival at the hotel. Everything was perfect with a smile, and warmth and very professional. Our room was superb! (with the roses to order and in addition rose petals on the bed. A very nice surprise. A big thanks. The restaurant is up to our expectations. A delight! The service staff deserve 10 more points for their work! Always very caring with a kind smile and a lot of professionalism. Your big family makes a great team. Picture perfect. The hotel is beautifully implemented. Lots of attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful entrance area. The choice of colors and material perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and highly motivated. Whether reception, SPA, room service or service. The restaurant with a view of the sea is unmistakable. The price is a bit higher but the quality is top notch. The fish was boned right at the table. Rooms facing the lake are also stunning. Modern, comfortable beds, balcony with views of Lago. Definitely: we will be back

Wir waren 2 Frauen, die jede ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte. Wunderbare Zimmer, sehr sauber und ruhig, auch auf der hinteren Seite des Hotels mit der Bergsicht. Sehr guter Service vom Empfang, gute Erklärung für Unternehmungen. Sehr freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, tolles Frühstück mit einer grossen Auswahl und es war so richtig toll am Morgen mit Blick auf den See auf der Terrasse frühstücken zu können. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freundlich bedient worden. Herzlichen Dank. My first time in Locarno and it couldn't have been better! This hotel has a great location. We spontaneously booked the hotel on the internet and booked it on site. Super friendly staff, great service. We were there 25 minutes before 3pm so we were asked to wait a bit before that, we weren't allowed to check in. which wasn't a problem, lots of nice restaurants bars outside or right by the hotel. And the minutes passed quickly Cleanliness is super important to me and this hotel lives up to all expectations! Super modern rooms, if you book a room, I recommend 5 floors with a view of the lake and mountains. Simply great! The breakfast doesn't have a large selection, but it is of very good quality. Checking out was easy, we paid the remaining amount that was drunk from the minibar and we had to say goodbye to the beautiful, friendly Hotel La Palma au Lac. Many hotels can learn a lesson from this. Afterwards we received a peaceful email that the hotel is looking forward to welcoming us again soon. Until next time
