Bidra med feedbackFor a Rib's place, their chicken is one of the best I have tasted. I've always been a Rack's customer. I love their food but service sometimes takes too long. Hope their service improves though.
I had been frying my brain with my colleagues one Friday morning so we all decided we deserved a good lunch???? Since all we had was a cup each of coffee ☕️, we went to Racks and feasted. I ordered the sweet n' smoky boneless pork with potato ???? salad ???? and beans and carrots on the side. And since I know it's gonna take a while for our dishes, I ordered buttermilk biscuits (I used to eye this from Popeye's when I was still a student but never had enough to buy a plate). The buttermilk biscuits were warm and really satisfied my starving intestines. I had to stop myself from munching all four to save space for my boneless pork, which was really sweet and smoky. I hate sweet meat ???? and since all my neurons were fried from fixing one stubborn bug, I didn't realize I actually ordered sweet boneless pork. I give two thumbs up ???????? to Racks for the dish - even after eating two biscuits, a side dish of potato salad, and beans & carrots, I am able to finish a half of the quarter rack ????. I would definitely go back to this place and order their baby ribs or the classic ribs. One thing they can improve on - please serve the side dishes with the main plate; not 10 minutes later.

I used to love going to Racks. We'd get beef ribs ( fall-off-the-bone tender), and baked beans- that's it. A huge mound of rice and their yummy barbecue sauce made for a fantastic meal. Now whenever we order the same dish, we'd have to get broccoli & cheese (kids love this), fried chicken and biscuits ( I find the biscuits too dry), and a loaf of garlic bread- and somehow we still aren't satisfied. The food isn't as good as it used to be. Beef is dry and even the sauce has become forgettable. It's a shame, whatever happened to this restaurant. They definitely need to dig deep and look back and strive harder to bring their dishes back to par with what they used to be.
The fish fillet took longer than I expected. Still enjoyed the wonderful meal. Hopefully next time you improve the waiting time and be prepared for anything
