Opened the window did not say hello or anything shey had her mean expression on her face saying, Are you going to order. And when we received our order no have agreat day , or anything, just a negative energy.
Doesn?t deserve a single star. Sadly this location has gone down tremendously! Sunday night we get there at 8:05p.m. the music was so loud you can?t think and have to shout to talk, the workers in side were very unprofessional, just talking amongthemselves, not acknowledging us as we were the only ones waiting to order. When she finally came to the window a Chipotleworker went to the next window just a couple seconds after she opened the window she left us attended to the Chipotle workeras he handed them their Chipotle order he started to place an order. Our family left, very disappointed to see how much thisplace has changed.
The girl behind the window was more interested in speaking with her friends then to wait on customers we sat there for 12 minutes as we watched her talk to her friends they have fantastic ice cream but their service lacks Integrity?.. Just can?tbelieve the blatant disrespect and lack of consideration?.. Ownership needs to seriously look into the quality of there staff?.
Ordered the Walking Banana ???? Split with yogurt and it was delicious ???? and yummy ????..At the moment they aren?t accepting ApplePay and customer service was ok?
Would give 0 stars if I could. Came for the first time and took 15 minutes to have my order taken. Cashier would take orders and then turn around and talk with her coworkers before making orders- almost seemed to be going slow on purpose. Staff was eatingfood in prep area- disgusting. Literally was watching an employee down Five Guys WHILE working. Froyo and ice cream sub par. Forservice and quality of food save your money and go somewhere else.
