Miners Pastie And Ice Cream - Munising

Recommended to us by the ferry driver. We tried the Yooper and the Chili Cheese (flavor of the day) pasties, which were both delicious. Loved that there was a vegan option as well! Staff was super friendly and there were many, socially distanced tables available on the patio. Would absolutely go again!

What a fabulous little place! We stopped by looking for hand dipped ice cream and where directed to this little gem directly across from the Pictured Rocks Boat tour. It was late so we were only looking for ice cream, but the pasties smelled delish as well! We were met with a warm welcome from Chase who was so friendly and kind and who gets extra points from me for being a Michigan fan! I highly recommend you check this place out while visiting Munising and support a local business with fantastic ice cream and great conversation to boot!

Yum! Best pasty I’ve had in the UP so far. We came to Miners before our 5-day backpacking trip and again once we finished the trip! Seems like they always have classic pasties available (Yooper, Vegan, and Breakfast) and on the weekends they have special pastys such as chicken pot pie! Buttery flaky crust. Large portion of filling. $6.25.

Wow got an amazing Thanksgiving pasty here a few weeks back. The white chocolate cranberry cookie was also delicious. Will definitely be back!

Loved the Vegan pasty I tried- well spiced+ awesome. Tip: The Binsfeld Baylor park is nearby- a nice option to get a takeout and go for a picnic. Definitely recommended if you're in the Munising area.
