A DISASTER. We arrived at 10:15 p.m. on a Tuesday. We ordered pizza, there wasn 't any, but on the side, we ordered a regular hamburger, that is, bread hamburger bread with toppings for my girls. We add some carlitos. After waiting 45 minutes, we asked if it was too long and the answer was and... the truth is, yes! 30 more minutes, more or less. FORTY-FIVE minutes and they didn 't solve a regular hamburger, with nothing added. We had to leave, obviously angry, and worst of all, as I told them and made it clear to them: I can handle my hunger, but the girls can 't. They should at least warn that there are delays in the kitchen !!! Learn to run a bowling alley and think about the customers. I would never come back again, after the bad experience we had. It was close to 00:00 and we couldn 't have dinner....
