On January 22, we telephone this place to request the preparation of a good birthday gift breakfast. When we send the options we choose option No 1 and we ask you to add 4 more sandwiches and one more cake of raspberry and chocolate. We made the transfer thinking that the birthday boy would receive a nice tray the next day, well presented. When the reception we discovered that everything was going in a cardboard box, common and current, without even putting a bow, as always in a gift. Not only that, we were surprised to know that the sandwiches we had asked to add, came out of the box, inside a nylon bag and the second raspberry pie, also requested and paid, was not. The card they told us they were going to put in and for which they asked us for the text we wanted to write, was not there. I express our greatest dislike and disappointment, knowing that unfortunately we cannot request or recommend this service.
