Has it not arrived after 2 1/2 hours????

Disturbed long waiting time and eating was half cold until it arrived

I was shown on my app that I can order there... but I was called 30 minutes later and I was informed that you could not deliver to me

The food was not delivered as the delivery service is too far away and foodora has offered it to me falsely!

Has it not arrived after 2 1/2 hours????
