Bidra med feedbackI got a sample plate that had the following: pulled pig, rib tips, brisket, sausage. Everything was delicious, I also got smoked corn on the cob, it was not very smokey, or spiced, but it was still delicious. Oh, my word the sauces so many and I love how a sauce could better pair with one object and another with another article. I'm so glad I picked up 4 sauces, none of the available sauces were excessively spicy. Those I chose were Texas, MTs sweet, Sweet n Hot and Sweet Mustard, they were all delicious. I had a snafu with my order, but they took care of it... Customer service was amazing, this above all is why they get 5 stars.
Great service and huge portions! I grilled the pulled pork cheese and it was super delicious! It is beautiful because they let you put your own sauce on it from a choice of 6 sauces at each table.
Her smoked meat is incredible, my wife loves mainly the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. And if you are a fan of pages, you have GOT to taste the homemade potato salad. The best I ever had. I love good BBQ!
The food was so absolutely phenomenal that it was swallowed before I had to make a picture. The main rib was so good, I have a second piece. And the Carolina vinegar sauce is the best I ever had. Always. Try it here. Now. Go.
Family Run Fun What they lack in consistent menu items they more than make up for in charm. The cook (owner? makes the menu pretty much up daily, so if you show up at dinner time (they close at 630pm you might miss the muss. They scrounged up some prime rib for me (because I was seemingly disappointed with just seeing pig left on the menu and served it in under 10 minutes. Nice flavor and well executed in this former auto shop turned Joint. For a starter shop I would say 6 sauces is too many, pick one, nail it, and then have 2 offshoots, in my humble opinion. The MT 'Sweet misses the mark and takes a few swigs to clear the palette. My main criticism, you can 't serve the Spork in a meat shop. That 's right my two heaping piles of flesh came with a plastic spork, the only utensil in the whole building. While I once argued the Spork 's place in the hall of fame, as best overall utensil, you can 't hand me a pile of stringy meat and a sharpened spoon and expect me not to get frustrated. Since there 's no corporate structure I imagine my review will make it right to the CEO, that said, if I return to Muncie and there 's no forks, my 5 stars will become 4. But if the worst thing I have to say about this place is 1/4 inch tines don 't get the job done, ya 'll must be doing something right.
