Chili's Grill - Muncie

Had a really great experience at this location, our waitress Kelsey was amazing, from the time she introduced herself to the time we left, she was excellent, the order we placed came out exactly as we ordered, she made sure our drinks were replenishbefore we even ask, absolutely will return.. amazing service..

I'm afraid to leave my remarks about my visit there, cuz nothing about my visit there was enjoyable and neither was the lady waiting with me. It was a wreck. She asked to speak to the manager because they wanted to charge her for a bag of free chipsthat she had coming to her. It took 4 people to take care of her order and mine. Chili's WAS my favorite restaurant, won't begoing back there anytime soon. The employees there weren't even clean looking at all. I hate to say that , but when your workingwith the public directly and especially handling food you really should have their hair neatly pulled back and clean fingernalsand most of all don't stand there and argue with a customer who just dropped a big chunk of money at your establishment. We weregoing to dine in but there was a 25 minute wait and there were empty tables and people standing around and waiting to be seated.So that's when we decided to take our order to go. Funny...by the time we stood there waiting for our food it way way passed 25minutes. So I guess we could of set down and waited on our food instead of standing. I hope the other lady leaves a review! Ihelped her with her order and she was a kind and nice lady. All she was waiting on was her FREE bag of chips.

The only good thing about my experience was the waitress. She was great. the restaurant itself was dirty. bathroom are very rough. we waited for almost an hour to eat and it came cold. my wings weren't ready. No one in my party has finished their meal. I'm not going back.

With friends to eat. we sat and outside was the waiter great. we ordered our food, all the house salads we ordered with our meals. we waited approx. 25 minutes until our salads arrived and then about five minutes came to our salads. I ordered the triple-dupfer and the Mey-Chipotle-Wrap was cold and my chicken tenders were raw on the inside. this is not my first bad experience here. it was very disappointing to spend 30.00 with a good tip on mediocre food.

Had a horrible visit, first we were seated in the bar area at a booth. The table was much much closer to one side than the other. The table top was literally siliconed to the wall and was so loose that we asked to be moved because we were sure the table was going to fall off the wall. The menus had food on them and were really sticky. We were moved to a table in the middle of the bar area and you could see into the kitchen area. The kitchen was extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor,the serving line was as a massive mess. The dining area was extremely dirty as well with food and napkins all over the floor. There is an area above the entrance of the restraint that they use as storage there's just a bunch of seats and restraunt equipment stacked up there in plain view. The manager brought us our food and brought out the wrong side which happens anywhere and is no big deal. But I was never given my side I ordered. Overall the restraunt was filthy, the cooking area was filthy, service was slow and things were broken.
