Leopold Cafe - Mumbai

Yeah its pricey. But the food is great. Must visit as its a part of history. The bullet holes is still there. Alcochol is served like beers and stuff. Usually crowded but do visit.

The food here is just amazing and also the working staff are very friendly with the customers. It 's only con is you need to wait in queue to get your table, but as we know it 's worth waiting for something great. So, if you haven 't visited this place yet make sure you visit. 'Leopold Cafe ' first started out as a wholesale Cooking Oil Store over the years it has variously been a Restaurant, Store Pharmacy.At any given point of time, 90% of the Visitors at this 137-year-old Cafe are Tourists.The Cafe was also mentioned extensively in the Novel 'Shantaram ' its sequel 'The Mountain Shadow '. It uses an Achaemenid Persian Lion Rhyton as a part of its logo to indicate its Zoroastrian affiliation. The 'Leopold Cafe ' has preserved some of the signs of the 26/11 attack as a Memorial.
