Really bad service and food quality. Staff is too slow and food is not as per expectation.

I recently visited Rasam Veg Restaurant in Roadpali and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is located on the main road, making it easily accessible. The quality of food was exceptional, and the service was great. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. One of the standout dishes we tried was the Sabudana Khichadi. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with just the right amount of spice. The dish was light and flavorful, making it a great option for those looking for a healthy meal. Another dish we tried was the Mysoor Masala Dos. The dosa was crispy and had a delicious filling of spicy potato masala. The chutneys served with the dosa were also excellent and complemented the dish perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend Rasam Veg Restaurant to anyone looking for great quality food and service. The location on the main road makes it easy to find, and the dishes we tried were exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Food is quite good but honestly if we talk about the functioning of restaurant it's really pathetic usually on weekends it becomes a mess around staff should take care of the customers out there.. management of the restaurant should be improved

Messages to Owner Pathetic experience, order a food at 1.45 pm till 3.45pm we haven't received the order. We called the restaurant multiple time and their manager name Sunil do not have manner to talk to customer and in fact they are saying to cancel the order and rudely told us to complaint the owner he don't care. Owner of Rasam please take care of this and please take action on this Manager Sunil who do not have sense to talk to customer.
