Hooked Cooked - Mullumbimby Australia

Beautiful, fresh, tasty fish. The best in town! The chips were also amazing last time. I always make the extra trip to Hooked and Cooked for fresh fish rather than buy it from a big supermarket where the quality is no where near as good.

It's great when it's great, but chip quantity and quality has been coming down over the past year. Used to feed 4 adults with a large (11$ worth of chips) serving, last order it was 400grams, barely enough for 2. Sometimes the chips are hollow and crunchy. Disappointed. But i keep going for the times when it all goes well and it's delicious.

SRecently changed owners and the first time I went since the change it was overcooked. Second time food is good, fish was fresh and moist, chips were a little undercooked but everything else was great including the calamari! New owners/ staff are much friendlier and the inside has been renovated to be clean and modern.

Best fish and chips in NSW the fish is fresh delicious and batter divine I have travelled all around NSW and Hooked and Cooked is by far the BEST and freshest fish ! You won’t be disappointed! A true Hidden Gem Rox

So nice. The best one around. We tried Calamari, prawns, Dori chips... So Perfect!!! And they are so smiling, a pleasure come to eat here!!! You have to try!
