The Stüberl is unfortunately somewhat hidden in a classic residential area and could therefore easily be overlooked. We have also become quite randomly aware of this, have studied the menu briefly and then decided to visit the locality. We were not disappointed. The terrace is very welcoming. The service staff was friendly. The Croatian grill plate is recommended, but also the classic German dishes were delicious and delicious. Conclusion: Recommended!
There are already some Croatian cuisine in Munich, also with us in the north. In the immediate vicinity we have 2 very good locals and yet it is tempting to give another restaurant a chance. In the middle of the residential area is the alley Stüberl Dalmacija. Unfortunately, the weather was not so inviting so we could not sit on the terrace. When you enter the square, you are in a small forecourt. Unfortunately, it looks very uninviting and chaotic. Here is a small open buffet cabinet where cutlery, napkins etc. are stored for the terrace. And in one corner are the seat cushions for the beer garden chairs etc. Like I said, it's just messy. Personally, I would probably put some high closets here with blind doors or the like. But now in the small guest room that has an appealing ambience. Everything kept in brown and white/cream, beautiful pictures on the walls and a pleasant lighting. At each table there is a fresh flower and a candle burns at each occupied table. Nevertheless, you cannot deny that it is a stumbling. The place is often very well visited and it is noticeable that there are also larger groups each time that can drive the noise level slightly higher. At the service we have a super friendly, nice and open woman and a little distant, quiet man. But you also want to fulfill special wishes and see that the guest is satisfied. I know it from other croats, the grill main dishes are usually very large portions, so I would like to count on an appetizer if I order a grill plate as a main dish. It rarely makes me like a meat mountain, but sometimes it must be easy. Cepapcici, liver, bacon... As a supplement pommes and/or Djuwet screams, Ajvar and onions. A salad is also available. Taste: Additions degree, Cevapcici and liver a dream. The bacon was also quite good in taste, I just like it a little crispy. Raznjici and Debreziner were a bit too dry to me personally, but tastefully also ok. Here is freshly cooked, which I find very limpy and you just taste it. Food and drinks are good for Munich. For me a little secret tip. Very good and grounded Croatian cuisine with good (and large) portions and great prices. I can only recommend!
