Bidra med feedbackThe hotel was fine, nothing fancy but it will do for a quick stop. The hotel photos include pics of a waffle maker, fruit, and cereal dispensers. It appears that since covid they have downsized and now only have some prepackaged muffins and granola bars.
This is a cheap hotel; you're not getting the Four Season here. We go what we paid for, a decent enough room for the night and that's about it. The hotel is a bit ratty but no big deal. During the Covid pandemic there's no coffee, no breakfast. There were a few people in the hotel but we didn't see them. For around fifty or sixty bucks a night this place is fine.
The cleanliness of this room was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. The ONLY reason we stayed in the room and didn't request a refund and leave was we were on a time crunch to make a concert. There was loose dirt and white particles all over the floor, like all over, the parking lot was cleaner. Very visible dust and dirt between the beds. There were cigarette burns in the comforter (NON SMOKING ROOM?! . The desk chair had white stains and food particles on it, pieces of wood were falling off the furniture and looked to have been wet at some point. The entire room smelled like must mold and someone in a nearby room was smoking marijuana (unless the room naturally smelled of skunk on its on . The bathroom was less than clean, there was stains in the sink that washed out with water, hair and wet soap scum in the shower. Sheets did not even appear clean, we slept on top of the comforter fearing what we would find if we pulled the sheets down. Someone poorly attempted to overlay vinyl flooring over the carpet and there was jagged bad cut edges and the floor would move as you walked on it causing a trip hazard where it met the carpet. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Only reason i gave this hole in the wall joint 1 star is because there wasn 't an option for none at all! Place smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana, stains were all over walls, curtains, broken appliances including the broken cooling unit on floor with raised edge in which my niece cut her leg with. The front desk employee along with the general manager all the way up to the hotel owners were absolutely rude and disrespectful. Pictures included. This place is the way it is because of the people who run it. 7/22/19 Teresa I 've spoken with you on the phone about this very incident so you 're well aware of my experience and you did absolutely nothing. You also refused to see the photos I 've posted online nor did you think it was necessary for the owner to contact me directly as you stated. People do not be fooled by the innocent foolery it 's all an act and this lady my friend is a part of the talent show. Photos do not lie and majority of their rooms look exactly like this all it takes is a google search. Spend less time replying to comments on Yelp and fix the problem Teresa.
I was originally booked for 2 nights here, and from reading the reviews, I honestly hoped it would be a decent place. I know the rates were pretty cheap, but they did say it had recently been done over. Well, the first room they gave us had a broken toilet handle. The toilet was flushed once perfectly fine. But the next time someone tried to use it, the handle was hanging by a thread and the water in the tank wouldn't fill up. We called the front desk, but unfortunately there were no maintenance people on site, so we were moved to the room next door. The second room was, by far, so much worse and this is where my pictures were from. From the chair to the plastic on the fridge, and the mold and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, we just couldn't stay another night. I even canceled knowing I wouldn't get refunded for the second night, but we just couldn't stay there another night. I'm not sure if we just got a bad floor with old rooms, but I really hoped it would have been better :
