Whitney Donut And Sandwich Shop

Bought 6 muffins for $16.25 and these were the worst muffins I have ever had. Got two blueberry two carrot cake and two chocolate chip. The blueberry and chocolate chip are like sawdust with a very few berries and chips. Very very dry and no taste. The carrot cake muffins were very moist and very good except you would think the cream cheese filling would be sweetened. Nope just a lump of cream cheese. Ate the muffin left the lump of cream cheese. I can make better muffins at home for less money and they aren’t like sawdust!!!

BEST donuts in the area!!! First stop for donuts and coffee when I visit the area!

Parking: Lot is tiny and fills up on weekends. Businesses on either side are closed/slow on weekends if you don't mind walking over.

Great service .. try the sausage egg n cheese on a Portuguese

One of my favorite places in Hamden! It's always busy because the food is wonderful with donuts, coffees, sandwiches, muffins, pastries and salads. The staff are nice and move quickly, nice counter seating if you want to eat in or drive through the line goes fast even when it's long. You definitely will enjoy this spot!
